Senior Brand Designer (Remote)
Cella is seeking a high-caliber Senior Brand Designer to join their design team. This role involves translating a new brand growth strategy into a cohesive visual identity system while acting as a partner to redefine the brand from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Act as a systems thinker to build actionable, on-strategy brand guidelines and scalable packaging systems
Develop best-in-class assets across various touchpoints (including .com, social, and PDP) that can be templatized and rolled out globally
Build and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines directly within Figma, including image treatment, typography, and color palette application
Create high-fidelity 3D mockups and future concepts to drive innovation, specifically for new labels and FDA-regulated products
Lead label exploratory and build clean, organized files within the Creative Cloud suite for seamless production hand-offs
Work closely with Design Manager to execute growth plans and consumer insight-driven strategies
Qualification
Required
7-9 years of experience as a designer with a deep background in brand building
Previous creative agency experience
A designer who understands how to build a visual identity end-to-end, prioritizing brand systems
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required
Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Figma AI, Canva) to accelerate innovation mockups and creative exploration
Must demonstrate end-to-end brand systems, comprehensive guidelines, and high-fidelity 3D mockups
Ability to work independently, drive a creative vision, and navigate fast-paced, high-visibility projects
Preferred
Experience with beauty/hair-care brands
Experience in PPT
