Responsibilities
Work with large and complex datasets to generate insights across financial and product areas
Develop dashboards and business intelligence reporting using modern BI tools
Design, execute, and analyze controlled experiments, including A/B testing and audience segmentation
Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment requiring strong business judgment
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
Strong SQL skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets
Hands-on experience with dashboarding and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.)
Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing
Ability to clearly synthesize and communicate analytical findings to diverse audiences
