HRIS Analyst

Resonetics is a global leader in advanced engineering and micro manufacturing, seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize their Human Resources Information Systems. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, supporting system operations, and providing analytics for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for HRIS platforms, including core HR modules such as job profiles, organizational structure, and position management
Maintain and configure systems including ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, or other platforms, ensuring accurate setup of user roles, workflows, business processes, and integrations
Monitor and ensure data integrity and accuracy through routine audits, validation checks, and system maintenance
Manage role-based access, security, and compliance protocols across HR systems
Identify, recommend, and implement system enhancements and configuration updates to improve user experience and process efficiency
Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity metrics, organizational charts)
Support HR and business leaders with ad hoc reporting and data analyses to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on data needs and reporting
Lead or participate in HR technology projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and testing
Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure system standardization, scalability, and compliance across all locations
Provide training, documentation, and support to HR users and managers on system functionality and best practices
Stay current on trends and developments in HR technology, recommending innovations to improve operational effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR technology roles, preferably in a manufacturing or life sciences environment
Strong working knowledge of an enterprise HRIS system (ADP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Proven experience with system configuration, user access management, data governance, and integration management
Advanced Excel and proficiency in reporting/analytics tools
Ability to manage sensitive HR data with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teams
A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity about emerging HR technologies

Preferred

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus
Global System administration
Experiencing leveraging AI tools
