Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support OpenShift Virtualization solutions in an enterprise environment
Deploy and manage workloads on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
Integrate OpenShift Virtualization with existing VMware infrastructure
Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across the virtualization stack
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to build OpenShift knowledge and platform maturity
Support platform modernization efforts and ensure high availability and scalability
Document architecture, best practices, and implementation procedures

Qualification

Required

5–10 years of senior-level engineering experience in infrastructure or virtualization roles
Strong expertise with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
Proven experience implementing and supporting OpenShift Virtualization
Strong background working with VMware vSphere environments
Ability to operate independently in a remote setting and contribute immediately at a senior level

Preferred

Familiarity with NetApp storage solutions
Experience supporting enterprise storage and compute integrations in containerized environments
