Responsibilities
Learn and implement proper procedures, demonstrating knowledge of golf industry standards and terminology
Assist guests with efficient movement throughout the facility
Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of golf equipment at arrival and departure
Maintain immaculate conditions in the Cart Barn and surrounding work areas
Facilitate smooth course play and optimize guest enjoyment
Proactively engage with guests at various touchpoints such as parking lots, staging areas, and driving ranges
Provide clear and engaging information about the Toptracer venue and gameplay features
Qualification
Required
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Previous relevant experience preferred
