Performance Partnerships Manager

FlyQuest is an esports organization dedicated to improving the gaming landscape. They are seeking a Performance Partnerships Manager to manage partnership revenue streams and optimize paid media initiatives, ensuring strong relationships with sponsors and analyzing campaign performance for strategic insights.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for specific sponsors and partners, ensuring contractual obligations are met and relationships remain strong
Theorize, develop and execute strategies to maximize the value of existing partnerships, including upsell opportunities and contract renewals
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with FlyQuest's brand and business objectives
Coordinate partnership and marketing activations to maximize value from events, tournaments, leagues, and digital campaigns
Resolve partner inquiries and issues with urgency and professionalism
Own paid media strategy and execution in partnership with external agencies and vendors
Manage agency relationships, ensuring alignment on KPIs, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor and optimize campaign performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, as well as endemic planning and buying
Develop testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
Track, analyze, and report on partnership and marketing KPIs to quantify value delivered to sponsors
Prepare reports and client presentations highlighting key results, ROI, and strategic recommendations as needed
Maintain organized documentation of all partnership deliverables, timelines, and performance data
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in esports partnerships and digital marketing

Required

3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship management, performance marketing, or related field
Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns, media planning and buying, and working with external agencies
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Experience in the esports, gaming, or sports/entertainment industry is a plus
