Responsibilities
Updating and validating the 53 SOPS Wideband Controller's Guide
Configuration management tracking, training scenario development, technical review, and document creation
Maintain a database of hardware and software configurations, and produce requested documentation associated with configurations
Qualification
Required
US Active Top Secret (or TS/SCI) level clearance (eligible for immediate adjudication by the cognizant security authority)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years experience as a Technical Writer/Editor
5 years experience with SATCOM technical writing or SATCOM operations
Work schedule will follow normal duty hours (typically Monday-Friday, 0730-1600, excluding weekends and government-recognized holidays)
Travel may be required to receive instruction on new systems
Preferred
Desired experience with Satellite Control
