Responsibilities
Perform product documentation review, data entry, data analysis, and reconciliation
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests and relay key information to client support
Maintain required logs, documentation, and compliance with standard procedures
Escalate issues promptly to appropriate personnel
Contribute to process improvements by developing and enhancing templates, policies, and procedures
Serve as an internal resource for product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft, Excel, and SQL a plus
Passion for industry and product knowledge and a commitment to excellence
Demonstrated experience as a problem solver, with above average organizational and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related equivalent work experience desired
Preferred
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize requests, and sustain a high level of attention to detail
