Telcion Communications Group is hiring a Mid-Level IT Technician who enjoys solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves providing on-site client support and remote helpdesk assistance, troubleshooting various IT issues, and building trust through clear communication.

Responsibilities
Support the on-site client and take tickets from our helpdesk queue
Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, line-of-business apps, printing, connectivity, and basic networking
Build trust through clear communication and follow-through
Notice patterns and raise ideas to fix root causes
Document your work and contribute process improvements
Qualification
Required
2-4 years IT support experience (MSP experience is a strong plus)
Solid troubleshooting: Windows, Microsoft 365, common business apps, basic networking
Clear communication in plain language
Good documentation habits and respect for process
Ability to work independently while staying connected to a remote team
Professional presence for daily client interaction
Preferred
RMM and PSA/ticketing platform experience
Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, or similar cloud tools
Tinkering, home lab projects, or scripting that shows curiosity
