Director Supply Chain Production Planning & Logistics
Vida Group International is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain Production Planning and Logistics to lead their NA planning function. This role is responsible for overseeing demand planning, supply planning, inventory strategy, and the execution of a mature S&OP process that aligns all business functions toward unified goals.

Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring consensus across demand, supply, and financial plans
Develop and implement integrated planning strategies for demand forecasting, production planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
Partner with executive leadership to align supply chain planning with business objectives, market trends, and customer demand
Identify and implement tools, technologies, and processes to improve planning accuracy, agility, and visibility
Oversee the deployment and optimization of planning systems and ensure data-driven decision-making
Lead the development of a long-range capacity plan to support global growth and operational scalability
Serve as the executive liaison for supply chain planning in cross-functional initiatives including new product introductions, market expansions, and cost-reduction programs
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of planning professionals
Define and monitor KPIs including forecast accuracy, customer service levels, inventory turns, and S&OP adherence
Manage supply risk and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with procurement and logistics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning and operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven success leading a formal S&OP process in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong business acumen and experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and Production leadership
Expertise in ERP and advanced planning tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
MBA or Master's
APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification
