Responsibilities
Execute high-throughput VH/VL sequence recovery and expression workflows
Perform RNA/DNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, PCR amplification, library preparation, and Illumina sequencing for deep repertoire capture
Own QC and analysis of experimental data; prepare clear written summaries and present findings
Maintain high quality scientific records, support workflow optimization, and uphold lab safety and data integrity
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support through proactive communication
Participate in troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and scalability efforts for high-throughput sequencing pipelines
Qualification
Required
B.S in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, or related life science field with 4+ years of experience, or M.S. with 2+ years of relevant experience in an industry or equivalent research setting
Strong hands-on-experience with NGS workflow, including library generation, QC, and sequencing
Experience with operating and maintaining Illumina sequencing instruments
Experience with lab automation systems or liquid handlers, such as Biomek and Lynx
Working knowledge of immune repertoire sequencing and analysis
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to contribute to multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document, interpret, and present experimental results clearly
Demonstrated experience in collaborating across various scientific disciplines in a dynamic environment
Good understanding of therapeutic antibody discovery process
