Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable full-stack applications aligned with product requirements
Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions
Optimize both frontend and backend performance for maximum speed and scalability
Integrate APIs, authentication systems, and storage solutions effectively
Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented codebases
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
Contribute innovative ideas to improve product performance and user experience

Required

Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and RESTful API development
Experience in responsive UI/UX implementation using Tailwind CSS
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team environment
Must be able to join immediately and work 11 AM – 3 PM EST (New York Time Zone)

Preferred

Familiarity with Python frameworks (Flask/Fast API) is a plus
Understanding of authentication and secure API design (Supabase preferred)
Experience working with Azure or other cloud storage solutions
