Responsibilities
Manage and execute tasks for operations projects including security and client updates
Train and serve as backup for other operational tasks and teams including client support
Use generative AI or other technology to improve operations processes – complete work and simultaneously improve the processes and create or update documentation as needed
Improve documentation across teams and processes
Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as experience and knowledge increases
Qualification
Required
2+ years of related experience in Operations, data setup or technical configuration
Strong customer service skills and background
Generative AI experience to increase efficiency (e.g. Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude)
Experience automation and improving internal processes
Experience creating and improving documentation
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Intermediate proficiency with SQL

Exceptional communication skills: articulate and professional when speaking with clients as well as with colleagues, at all organizational levels, and via all channels (email, Teams, phone)
