Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining strong financial oversight and supporting operational teams with budget planning and analysis
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews and reporting
Monitor and manage financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities
Support ABM activities in cost control and savings initiatives
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Prepare and submit professional-level reports, forecasts, and correspondence
Collaborate with HR, operations, and other departments to support business goals
Assist in the development of new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis
Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation
May supervise junior finance staff or analysts
Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Quantitative degree is required
6-10 years of experience in Finance or an Analytics role
Advanced experience in financial modeling, report generation, and analytics
Advanced working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, and other MS Office products
Ability to present financial data concisely, utilizing visualizations when necessary
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Master's or CPA preferred
Experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferred
