Amazon is seeking a dynamic recruiting professional to join their team and drive talent acquisition for critical patient-facing positions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for patient-facing positions from requisition intake through offer acceptance
Conduct comprehensive phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and effectively communicate the organization's value proposition
Coordinate and schedule interviews while conducting thorough preparation calls with late-stage candidates
Lead the offer process including extending offers, negotiating terms, and managing post-hire documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, serving as their primary advocate throughout the hiring journey
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies and tools to identify and engage external candidates
Manage internal candidate searches while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers through kickoff meetings and provide regular updates on search progress
Deliver recruiting expertise and strategic advisory feedback to hiring teams
Provide constructive and skillful feedback to hiring managers and interview teams
Collaborate with recruiting team members to identify and implement process improvements
Ensure timely application reviews and candidate communications that meet established hiring standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system
Evaluate and provide feedback on recruiting sources and tools to optimize effectiveness
Support organizational initiatives including brand awareness campaigns, referral programs, training, university recruiting, and diversity efforts
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance standard recruiting processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience required
At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to independently close candidates
Minimum 2 years working in a high-volume recruiting environment
Healthcare recruitment experience required
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS required
Strategic problem-solving with ability to develop scalable and maintainable recruiting solutions
Candidate-centric mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed stretch hiring goals across multiple requisition types
Results-driven approach with capability to motivate and support others
Strong integrity and authenticity in building trust with candidates and stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail with track record of maintaining process integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching
Collaborative team player with ability to work cross-functionally
