Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance programs to customers
Secure and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions
Submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and track funding
Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Accurately complete all F&I paperwork and submit to accounting in a timely manner
Achieve and exceed dealership finance and product penetration goals
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Stay up to date on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
2 plus years of experience in automotive F&I is preferred
Proven track record of high sales performance in any industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Proficient in dealership management systems DMS and finance software
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
