Responsibilities
Assist in the production of construction documents and specifications
General knowledge of methods, materials and detailing
Ability to complete designated scope of work within allotted time budget
Assist with permitting process, including response to comments
Assist with administrative tasks for bidding procedures and construction administration
Participates in site visits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
Experience from 1 to 7 years in an architectural firm/field
General knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch Up
Basic understanding of architecture, building construction, and building codes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
