New Grad, Entry LevelE&B Paving is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and accurately process customer orders. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, providing sales support, and ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Assists in health and safety incident response as needed
Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls
Maintain professionalism and composure under stressful conditions
Identify customer needs and be able to ask clarifying questions
Upsell value added products when applicable to customers
Build sustainable relationships with customers, both internal and external
Provide sales support to customers
Receive orders and schedule them properly
Give pricing for COD customers
Record customer orders accurately into Command Data system
Guide and recommend products for specific applications
Work very closely with dispatcher and scheduler to ensure customer commitments can be achieved
Record all changes requested by customer accurately and promptly in Command and advise the dispatcher of such changes as soon as they have been recorded
Responsible for order accuracy through attention to detail & timely correction to errors
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong phone skills -- verbal and active listening
Problem solving and analysis skills

Detail oriented with strong data entry skills
Customer focus and adaptability to caller. Maintain a professional demeanour with internal and external clients. Maintain a professional and calm attitude under stressful situations
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Must be able to work in a high stress and fast paced environment
Knowledge of market geography
Ability to learn quickly in a highly fluid environment
Willingness to Learn business specific computer programs
Willingness to learn our products, their applications and our customers habits
Basic knowledge of concrete and the construction industry
High school diploma required; or equivalent industry experience
Proficiency with computers, including Google GSuite and MS Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree a plus
Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus
