The role involves providing comprehensive Land Administration support across multiple regions and managing invoices and records efficiently.

Responsibilities
Maintain and process invoices from collaborators, including monthly, quarterly, and annual payments through Oracle and OneLand
Provide comprehensive Land Administration support to the Southeast, Central, North Central, and Northeast Regions of US Gas Transmission and Midstream by retrieving and scanning files as requested
Enter Land Administration records into the OneLand database accurately and efficiently
Assist with due diligence projects as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed flawlessly
Process field requests for controlling documents by scanning and emailing to field personnel
Manage the storage and retrieval process of files at offsite facilities
Record accomplished instruments meticulously and build new files according to Right of Way procedures when tracts/parcels are subdivided
Qualification
Required
You hold a related University degree or possess equivalent experience combined with formal training and operational exposure
Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are outstanding, enabling you to convey facts and information clearly
You possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with WORD, EXCEL, and GIS
Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships at all levels and work effectively with various Enbridge groups
You have a team-oriented attitude but can also work independently with minimal supervision
