Responsibilities
Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable
Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
Partner with Product Managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch
Innovate on simple and intuitive consumer-grade enterprise experiences
Uphold an exceptional craft bar, moving seamlessly from idea to execution on pixel-level details
Leverage fast prototyping to demonstrate ideas and land alignment
Strategic thinker and partner with other designers to create scalable solutions
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, content designers, and researchers to deliver the user experience from conception until launch
Qualification
Required
High craft with expert proficiency in Figma. Need to have a portfolio which shows modern simple and intuitive designs (high bar on quality)
Strong Prototyper (can be any prototyping tool)
Able generate high amount of good designs within short time
Past enterprise tooling experience and designs for web + mobile
Preferred
An effective communicator and engaging storyteller, conveying complex ideas with clarity and precision
Experienced at working with cross-functional partners and collaborating with other designers
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
