Responsibilities
Direct, lead, and manage military-based education and training programs to foreign countries and domestic military units
Responsible for the assessment, design, development, and implementation of course materials to meet customer demand and contractual obligations determined by allied partners and the U.S. Department of Defense
Provide students with course materials in a format agreed upon by government agencies
Deliver practical exercises appropriately aligned to each course module’s task, conditions, and standards
Provide post-course assessments that include students’ individual lesson critiques and end-of-course surveys for all courses
Lead, manage, and conduct annual After Action Reviews (AAR) meeting, and implement course updates to IEAA and GCIAO as determined by customer, student and mentor inputs
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in force design, training development, analytics and planning within the U.S. military
Experience with at least one other Allied military organization, preferably NATO or Australia
Must have the authority to work permanently in the U.S
