Responsibilities
Planning, developing, and implementing training programs for electronic product installers
Recruiting instructors and coordinating schedules
Managing and improving the quality of educational content
Distributing tasks and managing performance of team members
Leading and coordinating interdepartmental collaboration and projects
Setting training budgets and managing operational costs
Analyzing training outcomes and measuring ROI (Return on Investment)
Gathering feedback from trainees and creating improvement plans
Designing customized training programs based on training needs analysis
Assign grades to installers based on each partner company's installer profiles and academy completion records
Manage installers according to grade levels established by the Certification Program
Oversee certification renewals and schedule evaluations for promotion based on their career history
Develop and set standards for the Installer Certification Program:
Establish criteria for each certification grade
Define promotion criteria and assessment systems
Manage the issuance and renewal of certificates based on grade acquisition and promotion
Maintain records of certified installer grades and histories for each partner company
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in planning and managing educational programs
Proven experience in team leadership and performance management
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Korean Language
Degree or certification in education, organizational development, or content creation
