The Financial Wellness Intern will support client success and account management teams, assisting in onboarding new clients and delivering financial education.

Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist the Account Management team with new client implementations and technology setup
Financial Education: Support users by delivering and explaining foundational financial concepts—such as the difference between an IRA and a Roth IRA—using Savology’s established educational resources and guidelines
Tech Operations: Master the Savology financial planning platform to help troubleshoot user issues and ensure a seamless experience
Friendly Accountability: Provide proactive check-ins with users to keep them on track with their financial goals and platform adoption
Feedback Loop: Gather insights from users and clients to help our product team improve the overall Savology experience
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Ideally suited for Freshmen, Sophomores, or Juniors. We are primarily looking for students who will be returning to school following the completion of the internship
A strong interest in the financial services industry and a desire to eventually pursue a CFP or CPA designation
Exceptional verbal and written skills; you can relay provided financial information and parameters into simple, actionable advice for users
Ability to quickly master and troubleshoot new financial planning software and CRM tools
High empathy, organized, and comfortable providing 'friendly accountability' to clients
Committed to a conflict-free, wellness-first approach to financial planning
Ability to work from our office in Draper, UT for 1-2 days per week, with the remainder of the week worked remotely
Preferred
Current enrollment in a Financial Planning specialization
Previous experience in customer-facing roles like retail, hospitality, or support
