Responsibilities

Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
Administer retirement plans and ensure accurate data management and recordkeeping
Coordinate with vendors, TPAs, and internal departments to resolve participant issues
Support annual audits, nondiscrimination testing, and Form 5500 preparation
Assist in drafting and reviewing plan documents, communications, and SPDs
Research and resolve complex inquiries related to plan operations and compliance
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Provide informal mentorship and guidance to Retirement Specialist I/II team members
Maintain current knowledge of plan design, regulatory updates, and industry best practices
Perform other duties aligned with strategic retirement plan and financial wellness initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Must have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required

Bachelors degree in business or related field required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
5 to 7 years of retirement/benefits experience
Strong understanding of retirement plan operations, compliance, and vendor coordination
Experience with plan implementation, conversion, and strategic program development
Must have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

CEBS, PHR, or similar certification preferred
