Finance Intern
Springpoint Senior Living is looking for a highly motivated Finance Intern to assist their Finance Department in Wall, NJ. The primary function of the Finance Intern is to provide support with administrative and finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Assist with tracking and logging contract labor using DSSI for the vouchers
Assist with tracking and logging fixed assets using DSSI for the vouchers
Mail our unclaimed property out
Roll forward workpapers
Assist at the communities for Foundation events
Update legal expenses – pull invoices; log information
Set up files for the budget
Qualification
Required
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Must possess the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently when necessary
Effective communication skills
Detail-oriented
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Candidate must be working towards successfully obtaining a college degree, preferably with a concentration in Finance or related field
