Responsibilities
Installed, monitored, and maintained network infrastructure, servers, and both virtual and physical systems. Planned and executed system upgrades while ensuring timely patching and updates
Maintained system security standards, identified and mitigated vulnerabilities, and managed backup and disaster recovery processes to protect critical business data
Administered Azure Active Directory and synchronized on-premises Active Directory environments. Supported WAN/LAN operations, including DHCP, firewalls, and branch connectivity tunnels
Managed print servers, printer deployments, and telecommunications accounts, including device configuration and maintenance
Worked with external vendors for technical support and procurement. Maintained and updated technical documentation and printed deliverables
Provided hands-on support for helpdesk requests, user account management, PC setup and deployment, Microsoft 365 administration, timekeeping systems, software installations, and data migration requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
3+ years of experience in systems and network administration
Strong hands-on experience with server and network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting a wide range of users and technical needs
Working knowledge of SQL, SSL certificate management
Preferred
Familiarity with SharePoint
