Inside Sales Rep - B2B Outbound Cold Calling
Suneli Fixtures Company is a well-established, family-owned B2B wholesale supplier in the kitchen and bathroom industry. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to grow their customer base through high-volume outbound calling and account management.

Responsibilities
Make 70–100 outbound cold calls per day to B2B prospects such as cabinet shops, stone fabricators, contractors, and builders
Use proven messaging, objection-handling, and questioning techniques to create real conversations
Open new customer accounts and continue managing and growing the accounts you bring in
Follow up via phone and email to generate repeat purchase orders
Log activity, notes, and opportunities accurately in CRM
Continuously improve call technique, tone, and conversion rates through coaching and feedback
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with a high-volume outbound calling environment
Understands that results come from both activity AND skill
Interested in improving close rates, not just call counts
Coachable, disciplined, and consistent
Preferred
Prior B2B outbound sales, SDR, or call center experience is a plus (not required)
