Responsibilities
Create capacity-feasible production schedules that promote a smooth and efficient operation
Work with functional departments to develop plans to efficiently use resources to produce maximum revenue
Forecast long term capacity needs
Propose staffing requirement based on customer needs, upcoming work, and historical data
Highlight operational issues and proactively recommend activities to minimize impact to production
Evaluate current customer and operational strategies and recommend improvements
Gather data and develop/analyze/communicate information/results/conclusions, i.e. operational dashboard, reports, inventory, capacity, etc
Provide concise information for daily stand-up deliverables
Gather necessary information for management and customer meetings
Model effective communication, leadership, and partnership with other departments, suppliers, and customers
Continuously grow and develop your operational knowledge and leadership capabilities by participating in professional development opportunities

Consistently, regularly, and predicably be at work and on time

Required
Strong excel and analytical skills
