Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and ramp high-potential certified distributors and partners in underserved markets to expand Sound Seal's market footprint
Grow 'Share of Wallet' within existing accounts, ensuring revenue retention exceeds 100% year-over-year through expansion and cross-selling
Manage and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers, providing the tools, training, and strategic 'air cover' they need to hit new business targets
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and lead strategic planning sessions with partner principals to align inventory and marketing with corporate objectives
Serve as the primary defender of Sound Seal specifications at the executive level, neutralizing competitive displacement attempts
Manage 'channel conflict' between direct and indirect bidding to maintain pricing integrity and market harmony
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
Willingness to travel up to 50%
