The State of Arizona's Department of Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their innovative and collaborative team focused on enhancing the transportation system for Arizona. This role involves providing customer service support to various internal and external agencies, assisting with vehicle fleet auction program sales, and managing vehicle licensing and registration tasks.

Responsibilities
Interaction and assisting customers with vehicle fleet auction program sales by telephone/email and in person
Interfaces with customer in the receipt of used equipment and issuance of new equipment and processes equipment transfers
Conducts customer service surveys and report
Responsible for Vehicle Disposition Record (VDR) log processing and the annual inventory coordinator
Open and close work orders
Be the fleet spare key and title custodian for multiple agencies
Responsible for licensing, registering and titling all vehicles through the MVD 3rd Party Certification Program; notarizing all titles for sold vehicles and/or equipment; uses motor vehicle records to confirm previous owner information
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of customer service technique
General knowledge of vehicle/equipment mechanical skills
Fleet/Equipment Management Information Systems
General knowledge of vehicle/equipment towing operations
OSHA safety rules and regulations
Interact with people; applying professional customer service techniques
Good written and oral communications
Executing timely resolutions to inquiries
Computer programs such as Google Workspace
Attentive listening
Basic math to review documents and handle credit card functions/payments
Organization and time management
Documenting accurate and complete information
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Make appropriate decisions within scope of responsibility
Work independently or in a team environment
Multi-task and work in a high-stress setting
Three years experience in a high volume customer service based operation providing customer support which included responding and resolving customer inquiries, complaints
Possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver's license
Complete all required training and successfully pass all necessary driver's license record checks
Maintain acceptable driving records
Complete all required driver training
Maintain the statutorily required liability insurance
