Business Development Representative - Inside Sales

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to connect with businesses and share the value of BBB Accreditation through outbound calls, building trust and closing deals with integrity.

Connect with businesses to share the value of BBB Accreditation
Make 100+ outbound calls daily using a mix of leads from an extensive database, warm leads, self-sourced prospects, and inbound requests
Build trust, communicate value, and close deals with integrity
Qualification
Required
2+ years B2B successful sales experience (inside sales preferred)
Track record of sales awards or top-performer recognition
Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
Active listening skills and conversation control skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and tech-savvy (CRM, Microsoft 365)
High integrity and a strong work ethic
Clean criminal background
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus
