Responsibilities
Perform 3D laser scanning on active construction sites and in the office using advanced tools and workflows
Post-process scan data to create usable deliverables such as point clouds, floor plans, and BIM models
Train and support clients on platforms like CloudWorx, Recap, Reality Cloud Studio, AutoCAD, Register 360, and Revit
Generate professional project reports and maintain detailed documentation
Manage and maintain scanning equipment inventory and conduct regular equipment maintenance
Inspect scan results and final outputs to ensure they meet construction-grade quality standards
Prioritize and log jobs according to project schedules, site constraints, and deliverable deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in 3D scanning for construction, surveying, or engineering
Proficiency and/or certification in: CloudWorx, Recap, Reality Cloud Studio, AutoCAD, Register 360, Revit
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong organization, planning, and project tracking ability
Able to work independently on job sites and adapt to dynamic construction environments
