Responsibilities

Helping develop content strategy, page content, and user-focused messaging
Assisting with website design tasks as needed, including wireframes, page layouts, and content placement coordination
Creating and editing graphics to support web pages, social posts, and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency
Identify compelling story ideas for digital channels and help move projects from creative concept through to publication
Writing clear, engaging copy for social media, intranet, website, and the US corporate blog
Co-manage the weekly editorial calendar for the social media team
Assist with photo and video editing and optimization for web and social use
Schedule social content using the BrandWatch social scheduling tool
Contribute to monthly analytics reporting for all owned digital channels and provide insight related to the website refresh
Work with manager and PR agency on daily community management tasks
Support the digital content and channels team with campaign-level coordination and analytics reporting
Provide writing, research, and analytics support to the broader communications department as requested

Required

Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Preferred

A completed or in progress undergraduate degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic/Digital Design or a related discipline preferred
Class year of a Junior or Senior preferred
