Responsibilities

Independently conduct economic, financial, and policy research and analysis related to distributed energy resources (DERs), with an emphasis on renewable generation and demand response
Take a lead role in research and analysis as well as write reports, testimony, and other advocacy materials and make recommendations to senior staff and management
Represent ratepayer interests in workshops, working groups, industry and stakeholder meetings, legislative hearings, or in other agency forums

Required

Independently conduct economic, financial, and policy research and analysis related to distributed energy resources (DERs), with an emphasis on renewable generation and demand response
Take a lead role in research and analysis as well as write reports, testimony, and other advocacy materials
Make recommendations to senior staff and management
Represent ratepayer interests in workshops, working groups, industry and stakeholder meetings, legislative hearings, or in other agency forums
Prepare and submit a response for each question in the SOQ
Submit a copy of your transcript or diploma if using education to meet the minimum qualifications
Complete the STD 678 state application with dates, duties and responsibilities, and contact names and phone numbers of supervisors
Submit a completed STD 678 to be considered

Preferred

Experience in designing research, collecting data, conducting analysis using Excel or other computer-based quantitative tools, and making practical recommendations
Experience writing and presenting reports that include findings, conclusions and recommendations
Experience in establishing and maintaining cooperative and positive working relationships with others on internal and external teams
