The Research Engagement Coordinator will serve as the critical link between the expert network and attorney clients, managing expert-attorney engagements and ensuring seamless communication.

Responsibilities

Manage Expert-Attorney Engagements: Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of initial expert-attorney connections, handling approximately 15 engagements daily
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with expert witnesses and attorney clients through proactive, professional communication
Scheduling & Coordination: Lead all scheduling logistics for expert-attorney consultations, ensuring seamless and timely interactions
Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all engagements for internal tracking and reporting
Multi-Channel Communication: Utilize phone, email, and text to effectively manage engagement processes and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
Client Experience & Service Excellence: Drive positive client experiences by providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented service

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred (Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts)
Proven track record of customer service excellence and client relationship management
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements and competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments

Preferred

Background in relationship management, account coordination, or client service preferred
