Responsibilities

Own analytical workstreams across market, competitive, customer, and financial analysis to inform strategic priorities and investments
Build business cases, opportunity sizing models, and scenario analyses that support executive decision-making and resource allocation
Synthesize complex data and findings into clear, executive-ready narratives, presentations, and recommendations
Partner with Enterprise Insights and Analytics to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of key performance metrics and dashboards
Develop and articulate a clear point of view on assigned problem spaces, framing options and trade-offs for senior leaders
Lead analytical and planning support for go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including segmentation analysis, pipeline diagnostics, pricing reviews, and win/loss analysis
Support the development of enablement materials, frameworks, and operating guidance for GTM teams that translate strategy into frontline execution
Identify insights that unlock near-term growth opportunities and connect findings directly to GTM execution implications
Support mergers, acquisitions, and partnership diligence through market, competitive, and GTM analysis as needed
Assist with post-deal strategy and integration planning, ensuring recommendations are decision-oriented, time-sensitive, and actionable
Contribute to executive-level special projects and strategic initiatives sponsored by Strategy & Growth leadership and C-level stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and support execution
Coordinate inputs across Strategy & Growth Operations pillars to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end approach to growth and operational excellence
Support Directors and Senior Directors in initiative delivery, taking ownership of key workstreams from scoping through execution
Build a reputation as a proactive, dependable problem-solver who brings structured thinking, strong follow-through, and a bias for action
Utilize AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards
Demonstrate skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality, iterating on prompts and inputs to achieve high-quality, reliable outputs
Leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale solutions, frameworks, and analyses to the needs of the Strategy & Growth Operations team and broader department

Required

6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or a related analytical role
Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen with experience in market, competitive, and financial analysis
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready deliverables
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards
Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department

Preferred

Experience supporting go-to-market strategy, corporate development, or post-merger integration is a plus
Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or high-growth industries is preferred
