Responsibilities
Provide daily management for projects and personnel within the IT Solutions Section
Directly manage project lifecycle activities (planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing)
Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects
Communicate project status, schedules and conflicts to the Government IT Solutions lead and/or Task Order Team Lead
Utilize and champion proven project management and agile/SAFe methodologies—training team members for consistent implementation and success
Maintain section readiness and manning, addressing any scheduling challenges as they arise
Qualification
Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification (for junior roles)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other planning tools
DoD 8140 IAT Level II baseline certification (Security+ CE preferred)
Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
