Patrol and maintain the community grounds, removing trash and debris
Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways, courtyards, and amenity spaces
Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition
Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team
Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks
Qualification
Required
A keen eye for cleanliness, safety, and detail
Reliability and a strong sense of pride in your work
Friendly, helpful attitude when interacting with residents and team members
Ability to work outdoors year-round and handle light physical labor
