The Physician Assistant will be an integral part of the health care team, working with physicians, nurses and nursing or medical assistants to provide comprehensive high-quality ambulatory care
Qualification
Required
License to practice as PA in the state of New Jersey (pass the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination - PANCE) or for new graduate a temporary authorization, while waiting for license
Current CDS and DEA license required
BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
Graduate from an accredited PA program
Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
Certification Renewal Requirements- 100 hours of CME every 2 years
