Responsibilities

Lead and execute all Quality Department functions within the market

Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation, and company policies

Facilitate Incident Review Committees and follow-up actions

Monitor KPIs, audits, and performance metrics; identify risks and corrective actions

Collaborate with Data & Analytics on quality reporting and metric development

Support accreditation efforts and unannounced home visits

Supervise, coach, and hire Quality Analyst staff as needed

Prepare and present quality reports to leadership

Provide funds management oversight and support company initiatives

Required
