Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing → screening → interview → offer/reject
Daily outbound outreach (LinkedIn, cold calls, resume mining, texts, emails)
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
Screen candidates for values alignment, skill, and reliability
Partner with leaders to align hiring goals and brand standards
Represent Moxie at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach
Maintain ATS tracking and candidate follow-up
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Experience with outbound sourcing (LinkedIn preferred)
Comfortable recruiting for blue-collar, field, or customer support roles
Ability to manage multiple roles at once
Strong decision-making and follow-through
Clean driving record
Preferred
Home services, trades, or high-volume recruiting background
Experience with hiring events or staffing agency recruiting
Confident communicator with a polished, professional presence
