Responsibilities
Lead hands-on development using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and Azure
Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure quality standards
Build and consume REST APIs and microservices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Support CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps processes
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in C#
Strong hands-on experience in .NET
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure
Deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities
Experience in driving solution architecture
Experience in mentoring teams
Experience in ensuring best practices across the full software development lifecycle
Experience in leading hands-on development using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and Azure

Experience in reviewing code and enforcing best practices
