Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
Attend all court appearances and depositions for Georgia cases
Handle all aspects of discovery
Efficiently and competently research legal issues
Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of litigation experience working on personal injury defense cases
Licensed to practice law in Georgia and in good standing
J.D. from an accredited law school
Outstanding references
Preferred
Trial experience a plus but not required
