Responsibilities
Draft and respond to discovery in complex litigation matters
Manage scheduling for travel, conferences, depositions, and trial
Coordinate with medical experts and other third parties
Handle e-filing and docket management
Organize and manage high-volume electronic and paper documents, including discovery and medical records
Assist with legal and factual research related to witnesses and defense strategy
Provide trial preparation and trial support in high-stakes cases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Specific experience supporting large catastrophic injury cases
Prior medical malpractice experience (plaintiff or defense)
Strong technology skills, including proficiency with legal software and AI-based services/tools
Experience with MS Office, Adobe, Slack, and Mac-based systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Preferred
Trial experience strongly preferred
