Customer Service and Sales Support Representative

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
At least 1 year of experience in customer support
Preferred
1-2 years of PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
Understanding of the functionalities of CRM & ERP systems
Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
