Responsibilities
Must perform and conduct maintenance activities and repairs with minimal to no guidance
Must demonstrate familiarity and troubleshooting capability with CNC, Hydraulic/Fly Wheel Press, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, gauging, plumbing, HVAC, CAT 5/6, and Electrical equipment
Must use oscilloscopes and multimeters as needed. Communicates and collaborates with engineers, departmental leads, and operators
Must independently navigate FlexNet, use Epicor, and use the preventive maintenance system within FlexNet. Exceeds expectations for safety and efficiency
With adequate guidance, the Maintenance position shall be capable of basic machining, welding, sawing, grinding, measuring components, and performing basic preventive maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
One year maintenance experience without certificate
Must possess basic math skills
Must possess measurement skills
Must possess computer skills
Must possess driving skills
Must have basic understanding of machine mechanics
Must be capable of basic machining
Must be capable of welding
Must be capable of sawing
Must be capable of grinding
Must be capable of measuring components
Must be capable of performing basic preventive maintenance activities
Must learn to navigate FlexNet
Must use Epicor
Must complete necessary trainings
Must use the preventive maintenance system within FlexNet
Must meet expectations for safety and efficiency
Must conduct maintenance activities and repairs with minimal to no guidance
