Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end recruiting process design and optimization in partnership with Global Talent Acquisition Operations
Create and implement robust & dynamic talent acquisition strategy for management, mid-career and internal hiring, aligned to the business needs and organizational priorities including a clear strategy on sourcing
Work closely with the regional & global stakeholders to design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that appropriately balance business needs and candidate experience
Deliver on our equitable compensation practices by working closely with the Total Rewards team
Provide thought leadership on trends, industry practices, and emerging technologies to dynamically evolve & transform talent acquisition
Lead transformation project work for Americas, supporting brand, technology and training changes
Develop hiring team engagement strategy
Pro-active communication and insights delivered to the local and global business and P&C teams on critical recruiting metrics
Build a dynamic, highly engaged & scalable TA team to exceed expectations across all the key hiring metrics
Develop assessment strategies based on proven, data driven solutions that are predictive of performance on the job

Required

Demonstrated leadership experience building and refining high performing, highly engaged recruiting teams
Bachelor's degree in related field or MBA with appropriate experience preferred
A thought leader in the hiring space with strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Strong ability to plan, design, and implementation of talent acquisition programs
Ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and business leaders to drive buy-ins & desired outcomes on various talent acquisition initiatives
Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity to provide simple, expedient, and practical solutions

Preferred

Experience in job analysis, assessment design/validation preferred
