Sales Operations Manager
The Workshop LA is an accessories brand with a strong e-commerce foundation and a robust wholesale business. They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee order processing, logistics, compliance, and systems across both domestic and international accounts, ensuring orders move accurately and profitably at scale.

Responsibilities
Owning PO intake, order entry, confirmations, changes, and final delivery across all wholesale accounts
Managing wholesale fulfillment with 3PL partners, including routing guides, ship windows, labeling, ASNs, and shipping documentation
Overseeing EDI coordination, compliance, chargeback tracking, and retailer requirements
Supporting international wholesale shipments, export documentation, and Incoterms
Managing wholesale platforms like NuOrder, Mirakl, and Shopify Collective
Maintaining SKU setup, UPCs, pricing, costs, and margin accuracy across systems
Building and improving operational trackers, SOPs, and scalable wholesale workflows
Acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Operations, Finance, and external partners
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in wholesale operations or sales operations
Hands-on experience supporting major retailers and specialty accounts
Strong EDI, compliance, and chargeback management experience
Experience working with 3PLs and wholesale logistics
Systems-minded, detail-obsessed, and highly organized
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
