Lundberg Design is an award-winning architecture and fabrication studio seeking a highly motivated full-time team member with 8+ years of experience. The role involves working directly with Principals and staff to ensure the translation of design intent into construction documentation across all phases of project delivery.

Responsibilities
In partnership with the Principals, serve as primary contact with clients, consultants, contractors, and co-workers
Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documents and project schedule outlining all phases and services within specific time and budget parameters
Work with Principals and management to manage and monitor project budget and internal cost control and create appropriate billings compliant with project contract
Identify and monitor any changes in project scope or schedule resulting in additional services and bring such changes to the immediate attention of the principals and client
Supervise and collaborate with one or more employees on project(s) including monthly review of timecards for conformance with the project budget
Organize and lead regular project meetings, both internal and external, and provide regular progress reports to principals and other relevant personnel
Ensure project teams follow quality control review procedures and standards to promote high technical accuracy within our drawings and documents
Balance firm goals with client priorities while fostering opportunities for design excellence and technical rigor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and construction
In-depth understanding of building code, construction techniques, and sustainable practices
Demonstrated experience running projects and producing project documentation independently or with small teams in all project phases from Schematic Design through Construction, with experience in residential and hospitality markets
Proven ability to develop a project schedule and design budget and monitor the design and construction documentation process throughout the life of the project
Experience leading a team
Strong oral, written, graphic communication skills
Exceptional communication skills with clients, contractors, and co-workers
Proficiency in Revit
Experience with Auto CAD, Enscape, Adobe programs, and Bluebeam is a plus
Preferred
CA license a plus but not required
