Responsibilities
Maintain, monitor, and support analytics data warehouses and the data platform
Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain secure, stable, and scalable data engineering solutions and pipelines
Integrate new data sources into the central data warehouse and deliver data to applications and partners
Develop, deploy, maintain, and support cloud and on‑premises solutions, web services, and related technologies
Build scalable, reusable code and automated solutions for data management tasks
Collaborate with project managers, analysts, data scientists, and other teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Work with stakeholders to ensure data infrastructure meets evolving business requirements
Perform root‑cause analysis to identify improvements in data processes and pipelines
Build processes supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading activities
Build and use APIs to push and pull data across systems and platforms
Analyze complex datasets, including unstructured data, to generate insights and optimize data workflows
Support data modeling efforts and manage data warehouse architectures
Identify gaps in technical strategy and propose innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science (Master's preferred)
3+ years of data engineering or IT experience
1+ years of experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Java/Scala, Python, and AWS architecture
1+ years of experience with .NET technologies including C# and VB.NET, and experience developing Windows and web applications
2+ years of data modeling/database development using PL/SQL, SQL Server 2016 or later, and Snowflake
1+ years of experience building data pipelines and ETL flows using tools such as Snowpipe, Informatica, Airflow, or Kafka
Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
Experience building and optimizing data pipelines and datasets using scripting languages or ETL tools
Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
Experience working with unstructured datasets
Ability to build and use APIs for data interchange
Experience extracting, processing, and deriving value from large, disconnected datasets
Experience with data modeling and data warehouse management
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within team environments
Strong business analysis skills and understanding of business processes
Experience equivalent to educational requirements may be accepted
Preferred
Snowflake and Python certifications preferred but not required
